Lil’ Baby Wins Artist of the Year Award at Apple Music Awards

Lil’ Baby has had one heck of a year! After having a successful year with his debut album, My Turn, that is double platinum and topping the charts on Billboard. Apple Music named Lil’ Baby Artist of the Year as Apple Music host their second annual show. Baby recently released his deluxe edition of the album which created the single “The Bigger Picture” about racial issues.

Megan Thee Stallion was honored for Breakthrough Artist of the Year. She became “savage” this year by owning the charts with the remix with Beyoncé and giving us “WAP” with Cardi B. Megan recently debuted her new album, Good  News, as firing shots at Tory Lanez with the case. Roddy Ricch won Top Song of the Year with “The Box” off of his recent album, Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial, that was named Top Album of the Year with over a billion streams. The awards kicks off on December 14 that are filled with special performances, events, interviews, and more on the streaming app, Apple Music.
