The seventh annual Black Music Honors announces their incredible roster of performances for a star-studded celebration of influential music legends with a live studio audience taping at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, May 19. There will be also a special Juneteenth highlight that recognizes the national federal holiday. Performers who will grace the stage at this year’s event who will include Kid N’ Play, supergroup, 112, Raheem DeVaughn, Amber Riley, Eric Bellinger, Avery Wilson, PJ Morton, Jade Novah, Rhea Walls, Kevin Ross and more.

They will kick off the 2022 BHM Honorees is Keri Hilson who is tapped to receive the Music and Songwriter Icon Award. Gospel duo, Mary Mary, presented with the Gospel Icon Award. Five-time Grammy nominee is set to receive the R&B Icon Award; Dru Hill is to be recognized with the Urban Music Icon Award with a planned special performance in celebration of their 25th anniversary. Two-time Grammy winner, LeToya Luckett, and comedian DeRay Davis are co-hosting the show.
